i started doing some tests with this build and found it to be pretty solid, other than the lack of a self-heal.

Its very strong against warriors and even more so against soft-armored casters like monks or mesmers.

Meteor Shower
Firestorm
Fireball
Enervating Charge
Glyph of Lesser Energy
Mind Burn {E}
Fire Attunement
Ressurection Signet

Fire Magic: 14
Energy Storage: 11
Air Magic: 8

These are just the attributes i use based on what runes i have and such. But the key is high fire magic to do as much damage as possible with MS and FS.

By the time you have finished casting MS follow through with FS. Both should start at about the same time, doing high damage over time with a knockdown bonus leaving your target helpless. Fireball is in there to knock down their health further and energy burn to finish them off in the event they get healed.

I wanted to add Mark of Rodgort in there, but i couldnt even fit a self-heal.
So any suggestions are welcome.

Meteor shower is easily interrupted and also easily kited. They will just move out of the way of those 2 AoE skills. Waste of energy and skill slot, depending on the rest of your team build.
Not a good elite and terrible energy management. Also, attributes are fubar'd, for only a enervating charge.
The Rifts fire ele is very nice.
GoR / RodgortsInvocation -not- mark / Meteor / Fireball / etc etc.

you don't want MS or FS. At all.
